Installation Steps

Step 1: Your refrigerator should be disconnected from the outlet and the water supply should be turned off.

Step 2: The shelves and any contents within the refrigerator should be taken out.

Step 3: The panel located at the rear of the refrigerator where the evaporator fan motor resides should be detached.

Step 4: The screws securing the evaporator fan motor should be extracted.

Step 5: The electrical connections linking the evaporator fan motor to the refrigerator should be unplugged.

Step 6: The evaporator fan motor should be gently taken out from the refrigerator.

Step 7: The new evaporator fan motor should be positioned in the same location as the previous one.

Step 8: The wiring should be reattached and the fan motor should be fastened with the screws.

Step 9: The back panel should be refitted and any shelves or other items should be restored.

Step 10: The refrigerator should be plugged in again and the water supply should be activated.
