Return Policy

30-Day Returns: We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products purchased directly from our online store. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Order Cancellations:
An order once placed by the customer will be processed and shipped on the same day based on the availability of the parts. So, the order once processed or shipped cannot be cancelled. However, upon the request of the customer, if the order is isn’t processed and shipped due to non-availability or any other technical reason by the time of receiving the request may be cancelled. However, a transaction charges of 4% will be charged to the customer.

Eligibility for Return: Once your order is processed, cancellations are not possible. To qualify for a return or refund, please make sure the following conditions are met:

  • The product must not be installed, must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all manuals included, showing no signs of use.

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days from the delivery date.

  • The item must have been bought directly from our website.

  • All return requests must be submitted exclusively through our Refund Request Form.

  • Returns must be received within 15 business days of authorization.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees and must ensure the returned item is properly insured during transit. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.

Non-Refundable Items: We cannot accept returns or issue refunds on the following:

  • Personalized or custom-made products created specifically for you.

  • Special order items

  • Items that have been used, damaged, Installed and tested or not in original condition.

  • If any used, Installed, tested, damaged products in general return will not be refunded and scrapped in a week after inspection got completed and intimated to the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Any goods damaged during transit, partial shipments, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery.

To start the return process, please fill out our Return Request Form. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue, and our team will assist you.

Return Process: After receiving the Return Request Form, we will inform you whether the part is eligible for return and will provide detailed instructions through email for the return process.

  • We will provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

  • Ship the item back with the RMA label to the address we provide.

  • Do not write anything on the original packing box. Items won't be accepted otherwise

Note: Do not send returns to the corporate address listed on our website.

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs. Additionally, please ensure that the returned items are insured during transit. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during return shipping.

Refund Policy

Refund Process: Mere acceptance of the return request is not guaranteed for a refund or replacement. The part will be examined for any wear and tear or used or installed marks or damages and will be intimated to the customer. This process may take two to three days after the product reaches us. If any returned part is found used, Installed, tested or damaged it will not be refunded and scrapped in a week after inspection got completed and intimated to the customer.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used during the original purchase.

Refund Timeframe: Refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchange Policy: We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% will be charged for all the returns and refunds. For the return requests received after the above said 30 days window will attract higher restocking fees.
