Installation Steps

Step 1: The power supply to the refrigerator should be cut off by detaching the power cord from the wall outlet.

Step 2: The lower front access panel situated at the bottom of the refrigerator should be taken off.

Step 3: The refrigerator door should be opened and the WR14X10253 GE Lower Gasket Shield should be found.

Step 4: The existing gasket shield should be eliminated.

Step 5: The new WR14X10253 GE Lower Gasket Shield should be positioned securely.

Step 6: The front access panel should be reattached and all screws should be fastened.

Step 7: The power cord should be reconnected and the power to the refrigerator should be switched on.
