Installation Steps

Step 1: Your refrigerator should be disconnected from the power source and shifted away from the wall to access the rear.

Step 2: The current GE refrigerator door plug (WR01X21159) should be identified and the two screws on both sides of the unit that hold it securely should be removed.

Step 3: The old door plug should be extracted from the back wall.
