Installation Steps

Step 1: The dishwasher is disconnected from the electrical outlet and the water supply is turned off.

Step 2: The lower dishrack is taken out and the dishwasher is slid away from the wall.

Step 3: A Phillips screwdriver is employed to extract the screws securing the access panel.

Step 4: The wiring harness is detached from the pump/motor assembly inside the dishwasher.

Step 5: The mounting screws that hold the old pump/motor assembly in place are taken out.

Step 6: The old pump/motor assembly is gently lifted from the dishwasher.

Step 7: The new pump/motor assembly is positioned into place.

Step 8: The wiring harness is reattached.

Step 9: The access panel is replaced and the screws are secured.

Step 10: The dishwasher is repositioned back against the wall.

Step 11: The lower dishrack is placed back into position.

Step 12: The dishwasher is reconnected to the electrical outlet and the water supply is switched on.

Step 13: The dishwasher is verified to operate correctly to ensure the new pump/motor assembly is functioning as intended.
