The Whirlpool WPW10546503 Dishrack Adjuster-Upper Rack is used to adjust the upper rack of the dishwasher to accommodate different sizes of dishes. Designed to improve the movement of the rack and make it possible to place a secure position. Works by sliding mechanism of the upper rack on the rail system so that can adjust up or down depending on the size of the load, pots, pans, or tall glasses. Installation Steps

Step 1: The dishwasher’s power cord is disconnected from the electrical outlet.

Step 2: The dishwasher door is opened and any dishes or utensils located in the upper rack are gently taken out.

Step 3: The screws fastening the adjuster wheel to the upper rack are taken out. These screws are generally positioned on both sides of the wheel, beneath the rack.

Step 4: The wheel is detached from the upper rack and extracted from the dishwasher.

Step 5: The new adjuster wheel is attached to the upper rack by aligning it with the mounting holes. The wheel is fastened using the screws.

Step 6: The dishwasher’s power cord is reconnected to the electrical outlet and the dishwasher is activated.

Step 7: The wheel is checked for functionality, confirming it adjusts the upper rack correctly.

Step 8: If the wheel is not operational, it is verified that it is firmly secured with the screws and that the power cord is plugged in.
