Installation Steps

Step 1: It should ensure that the required tools and components are possessed. A Phillips head screwdriver and the WPW10289690 COVER-FRNT replacement part are necessary.

Step 2: The washer should be disconnected from the power source.

Step 3: The screws that hold the control panel to the front of the appliance should be taken out using a Phillips head screwdriver.

Step 4: The panel should be elevated off the appliance.

Step 5: The four screws that fasten the old cover to the front of the appliance should be detached.

Step 6: The old cover should be gently extracted.

Step 7: The new cover should be positioned correctly and fastened with the four screws.

Step 8: The screws that attach the control panel to the front of the appliance should be reinstalled.

Step 9: The washer should be activated at the power source.

Step 10: The washer should be reconnected to the power source.

Completion! Your washer should now operate with the new WPW10289690 COVER-FRNT installed.
