Installation Steps

Step 1: The refrigerator is disconnected from the power source and it is ensured that it is entirely shut down.

Step 2: The water filter is extracted by rotating it counterclockwise until it detaches.

Step 3: A Phillips screwdriver is employed to take out the screws securing the dispenser cover, then the cover is cautiously lifted away from the dispenser.

Step 4: The dispenser crank is delicately taken out from the housing using pliers.

Step 5: The existing crank's length is measured and it is ensured that the replacement crank matches this length.

Step 6: With a small flathead screwdriver, the retaining clip is detached from the new crank and the crank is inserted into the dispenser housing.

Step 7: The crank is fastened using the retaining clip.

Step 8: The dispenser cover is reattached and it is secured with the Phillips screws.

Step 9: The water filter is reinserted and the refrigerator is reconnected to the power supply.
