The Whirlpool WPC8891605 Evaporator Fan Motor is used to circulate cold air in the refrigerator and freezer compartments to keep the temperature even. This is motor-driven and is mounted close to the evaporator coil where it draws air across the coil to cool it and then passes the cooled air through vents.
