Installation Steps

Step 1: The oven is disconnected from the electrical outlet.

Step 2: The oven door is gently opened and the left side element is identified. Its two screws are extracted using a Phillips head screwdriver.

Step 3: The element is carefully drawn away from the rear wall of the oven. Wires might be attached to the element; these are detached by snipping the wire ties or removing them from the mounting bracket.

Step 4: The arrangement of the wires and plug connectors is observed, then they are disconnected from the element. They are placed aside in a manner that prevents accidental contact with the oven's metal components.

Step 5: The replacement element is taken and its wires and plugs are connected in the same configuration as the original.

Step 6: The new element is positioned correctly and the two screws are reinstalled. They are ensured tightened firmly.

Step 7: The oven is reattached to its power source and it is switched on.

Step 8: It is verified that the element is functioning correctly. If it is not heating, the power is turned off and the connections are reassessed.
