The Whirlpool WP33002115 Dryer Timer regulates the order and time of the drying cycles to provide even and efficient operation. This mechanical timer is mounted in the control console and has an internal motor and cam system that moves through each stage drying, cool down and shutoff by sending signals to other dryer components. It makes sure that the dryer will stop after the right amount of time and it will automatically turn off when the cycle is finished.
