Product Description

The Whirlpool WP33001789 is an essential component of your clothes dryer. It's a housing that protects the blower fan, which is an essential component of drying. The dryer motor rotates this housing's blower fan while it is in use. In order to effectively remove moisture from your clothes, this fan draws air in from the outside of the dryer and forces it through the drum. For best drying results, the enclosure directs airflow and shields the fan. Airflow can be hampered by a damaged blower housing, which can result in longer drying periods, higher energy costs, or even overheating. Proper airflow is restored when the WP33001789 is used to replace a malfunctioning housing. This increases drying effectiveness and lessens the chance that overheating could cause harm to your dryer.
