The White Rodgers 90-170 3-Pole Contactor 24VAC Coil 40A distributes electrical power to multi-phase loads through a low-voltage control signal to activate high-current contacts. It is installed in the control panel enclosure and the 24VAC coil is connected to the control transformer, and the three high-current poles are connected to the load and supply conductors using screw terminals. The coil, contacts, and frame of the contactor are connected to control wiring and power bus bars.
