Installation Steps
Step 1: The power cord is disconnected from the electrical outlet and the water supply is shut off.Step 2: The screws that secure the outer tub to the washer cabinet are identified and taken out.Step 3: The top of the washer is removed and tilted backward to gain access to the outer tub and its components.Step 4: The drain hose, water inlet valves, and level switch are detached.Step 5: The old tub is extracted by lifting it off the brackets that support it.Step 6: The new Whirlpool W10882132 TUB-OUTER is positioned in the identical location and fastened to the washer cabinet using the screws.Step 7: The drain hose, water inlet valves, and level switch are reattached.Step 8: The new Whirlpool W10882132 TUB-OUTER is verified for correct functionality.Step 9: The top of the washer is reconnected to the cabinet and the power cord is plugged back in.Step 10: The water supply is activated and all connections are ensured tight.
