Installation Steps

Step 1: The appliance should be disconnected from the electrical outlet. It should be confirmed that it is entirely powered off before proceeding with this repair.

Step 2: An adjustable wrench should be employed to loosen the two nuts that hold the hub nut in place. For certain models, a smaller wrench may be necessary.

Step 3: With the old hub nut now taken out, your new WH2X1193 GE Hub Nut should be grabbed and inserted into the grooved slot of the hub, being fastened with the two nuts previously removed.

Step 4: The hub nut should be secured using the adjustable wrench, then the appliance should be reconnected to the wall outlet.

Step 5: The appliance should be activated to verify that the hub nut is firmly in place. If all appears to be in order, your repair is finished, and completion is achieved!
