Installation Steps

Step 1: Your washing machine should be disconnected from the electrical outlet to cut off the power supply.

Step 2: A Philips head screwdriver should be employed to detach the screws securing the top cover. The cover should be removed and placed aside.

Step 3: The locking clip should be located situated on the left side of the washer's drum, towards the rear of the appliance.

Step 4: A flathead screwdriver should be utilized to gently lever the old clip off the drum.

Step 5: The replacement WH02X10279 GE Washer Locking Clip should be taken and positioned onto the drum. It should be confirmed that the clip is firmly attached.

Step 6: The top cover of the washer should be reattached and fastened with the screws.

Step 7: The washing machine should be reconnected to the power source and you’re finished!
