Step 5: The wires should be reconnected to the new lock and then the plastic control panel should be reattached onto the washer.
Step 6: The control panel should be fixed in place using the Philips-head screwdriver.
Step 7: The power to the washer should be reactivated and the functionality of the new door lock should be verified.
