Step 1: The WE1M964 GE timer knob on the appliance in question is found by starting.
Step 2: The old timer knob is taken out by unscrewing it from the appliance.
Step 3: The screws located at the back of the new timer knob are removed using a Phillips head screwdriver.
Step 4: The new timer knob is positioned onto the appliance, ensuring the shaft is aligned with its designated hole.
Step 5: The timer knob is fastened with the screws taken out in step three.
Step 6: The timer knob is rotated a quarter to half turn to the right to guarantee it is firmly tightened.
