Product Description

The General Electric WE12X10011 Dryer Belt is used to rotate the drum in the appliance. Its work is to impart movement from the motor pulley to the drum in such a way that tumbling action is caused in the cycles. The belt operates by surrounding the drum and motor pulley, which generates friction that rotates the drum as the motor shaft rotates. It is mounted to the drum and idler/tension setup within the dryer cabinet at specified routing points of the appliance.
