Installation Steps

Step 1: It should ensure that the dryer is disconnected from the power source prior to commencing the repair.

Step 2: The dryer interior should be accessed and the back panel should be taken off by loosening the screws located at the top.

Step 3: The heating element and housing assy situated on the right side panel should be identified.

Step 4: The screws that hold the assembly to the side panel should be removed and it should be gently extracted from the dryer.

Step 5: The screws from the existing heating element and housing assembly should be detached, separating them from one another.

Step 6: The old heating element should be carefully extracted from its housing.

Step 7: The new heating element should be positioned into its housing and it should be fastened with the screws.

Step 8: The new heating element and housing assembly should be inserted into the side panel of the dryer and it should be secured using the screws.

Step 9: The back panel should be reattached and the screws should be tightened.

Step 10: The dryer should be reconnected to the power source and the functionality of the new heating element and housing assembly should be verified.
