Installation Steps

Step 1: The water supply to the sink should be disabled by turning off the valves situated beneath the sink.

Step 2: Any residual water in the sink should be eliminated by opening the faucet. This can be accomplished by pulling out the diverter valve adjacent to the faucet handle.

Step 3: A towel or pan should be positioned to catch any leftover water and prevent a mess.

Step 4: The two hex nuts (or Phillips screws) located on the underside of the sink should be removed.

Step 5: The quick-connect fittings at both ends of the existing diverter assembly should be detached.

Step 6: The old diverter assembly should be extracted from the sink by pulling it out and disposing of it properly.

Step 7: The new diverter assembly should be acquired and placed into the opening from which the old one was removed.

Step 8: The quick-connect fittings should be attached to the ends of the new diverter assembly.

Step 9: The two hex nuts (or Phillips screws) should be reattached to the underside of the sink.

Step 10: The water supply to the sink should be restored by turning on the valves beneath the sink.

Step 11: The functionality of the new diverter assembly should be verified for correct operation.

Please remember that these instructions serve as general guidance and should always be utilized alongside the manufacturer's manual, if available.
