The General Electric WD12X20171 Dishwasher Lower Rack Clip is a fastening part that keeps the lower dish rack properly aligned within the appliance. Installation Steps

Step 1: The dishwasher door is opened and the lower rack is taken out. It is set aside with care.

Step 2: A screwdriver is employed to detach the two screws found at the base of the dishwasher along the lower rack rail.

Step 3: The old clip is extracted and subsequently the new clip is placed in its position.

Step 4: The clip is fastened using the two screws that were removed previously.

Step 5: The lower rack is placed back into the dishwasher, making sure the clip is positioned correctly.

Step 6: The dishwasher door is shut, restoring the appliance to its standard operating state.
