Installation Steps

Step 1: The power supply to your dishwasher should be unplugged prior to starting the repair.

Step 2: The dishracks along with any dishes should be taken out.

Step 3: The screws that secure the lower dishrack should be detached. These can be located on the sides of the dishrack.

Step 4: After the screws have been fully taken out, the lower dishrack can be slid out.

Step 5: The old stud and roller assembly will be found connected to the underside of the dishrack. The bracket should be unscrewed from the assembly.

Step 6: The old stud and roller assembly should be extracted from the dishrack and disposed of.

Step 7: The new WD12X10231 stud and roller assembly should be positioned into the dishrack. The assembly should be fastened using the bracket that was previously removed.

Step 8: The lower dishrack should be reinserted back into the dishwasher and secured with the screws that were taken out earlier.

Step 9: The power supply should be plugged back into your dishwasher and you’re finished!
