Product Description

The General Electric WD01X27759 Dishwasher Countertop Bracket secures the unit beneath the countertop during operation. It works by fastening the upper cabinet section to the installation surface to maintain stable positioning. The bracket is installed at the top edge of the frame where it connects to the cabinet structure and mounting screws. Installation Steps

Step 1: The power supply to the dishwasher at the breaker box should be disconnected by starting.

Step 2: The front panel of the dishwasher, which is secured with screws along the edges, should be removed.

Step 3: The upper mounting screws that fasten the dishwasher to the countertop bracket should be detached.

Step 4: The dishwasher should be gently raised OFF the countertop bracket.

Step 5: A screwdriver should be utilized to loosen the screws on the existing bracket and it should be taken off.

Step 6: The new GE WD01X27759 COUNTERTOP BRACKET should be positioned and attached to the countertop using the supplied screws.

Step 7: The dishwasher should be placed back onto the bracket and fastened using the upper mounting screws.

Step 8: Lastly, the front panel of the dishwasher should be reattached and the power at the breaker box should be restored.
