Installation Steps

Step 1: The power cord should be disconnected from the wall outlet.

Step 2: The oven should be moved away from the wall and set on a level surface that provides ample working space.

Step 3: The screws securing the back panel of the oven at the top of the element should be taken out, then the back panel should be detached.

Step 4: The oven should be reached into and the electrical wires should be disconnected from the bake element.

Step 5: The mounting screw that secures the bake element should be removed, and then the element should be extracted from the oven.

Step 6: The new bake element should be inserted into the oven and fastened with the mounting screw.

Step 7: The electrical wires should be reconnected to the new bake element.

Step 8: The back panel should be reattached and secured with screws.

Step 9: The oven should be slid back against the wall and the power cord should be reconnected to the outlet.

Step 10: The oven should be activated and the bake element should be checked to confirm it operates correctly.
