Installation Steps

Step 1: The stove should be disconnected from the power source to prevent electric shock hazards.

Step 2: The burner grate should be taken off and set aside for safekeeping.

Step 3: The ignition switch bezel should be gently removed using a flathead screwdriver, ensuring the trim surrounding the switch remains undamaged.

Step 4: The switch should be rotated counterclockwise to detach it from its socket and the connected wires should be unplugged.

Step 5: The screws that hold the burner base in position should be unscrewed, then the base should be elevated and taken out.

Step 6: The igniter should be extracted from its compartment and the wire should be disconnected.

Step 7: Your new burner should be inserted into the opening, ensuring that all tabs fit securely into the slots of the stove top.

Step 8: The ignition switch should be reattached and the wiring harness should be reconnected.

Step 9: The burner should be fastened with the screws that were previously removed and the bezel should be reattached.

Step 10: The burner grate should be reinstalled, the stove should be reconnected to the power, and a test should be performed to verify proper functionality.
