Installation Steps

Step 1: Prior to beginning, it should be verified that the range is unplugged from the electrical source.

Step 2: Next, the current burner cap assembly should be identified. Typically, this component is situated directly above the burner grate.

Step 3: With a Phillips screwdriver, the screws securing the burner cap should be taken out. It should be ensured to remember which screw corresponds to each hole as they are detached.

Step 4: After the screws have been taken out, the old burner cap assembly should be gently extracted and disposed of.

Step 5: The new replacement burner cap assembly should be positioned into the same location as the previous one.

Step 6: Using the screws that were previously removed, the new burner cap assembly should be fastened securely. It should ensure that the screws are tightened adequately.

Step 7: The power connection to the range should be reestablished and the burner activated. If the burner lights up, the burner cap assembly has been effectively replaced.

Step 8: If the burner fails to ignite, it should be verified that all connections are correctly established and it should be confirmed that the burner cap is firmly secured.

Please be aware that these instructions are served as general advice and should always be utilized alongside the manufacturer's manual, if accessible.
