Installation Steps

Step 1: The gas supply to the range should be disabled by starting.

Step 2: The power supply should be unplugged and the bottom drawer from the range should be taken out.

Step 3: The orifice spud, which can be found behind the main burner assembly, should be identified.

Step 4: A wrench should be used to loosen the orifice spud and it should be detached from the assembly.

Step 5: The new orifice spud should be taken out of its packaging and placed into the assembly, making sure the threads are properly aligned.

Step 6: The new orifice spud should be tightened using the wrench.

Step 7: The power supply should be plugged back in and the bottom drawer should be reinstalled.

Step 8: The gas supply should be restored and any gas leaks should be inspected.
