Installation Steps

Step 1: The gas supply to the stove is disabled and the power cord is detached.

Step 2: The knobs, screws, and bolts securing the stovetop to the countertop are taken off.

Step 3: The stovetop is elevated and placed aside.

Step 4: A putty knife is inserted beneath the old burner assembly and leveraged away from the pins connected to the stovetop.

Step 5: The ignitor wires are detached from the old burner assembly.

Step 6: The new burner assembly is positioned on the stovetop and the pins are ensured to align with the holes at the back of the assembly.

Step 7: The ignitor wires are reattached to the new burner assembly.

Step 8: The mounting screws, bolts, and knobs are reinstalled.

Step 9: The gas supply is reactivated and the power cord is reconnected.

Step 10: The functionality of the new burner assembly is verified by turning the knob to the light flame setting and confirming the burner ignites.
