Product Description

The General Electric WB13X25262 Range Igniter Glowbar is a part of the combustion that triggers the heat of the oven burner. Its function is to get hot to a maximum temperature to ensure that the gas passing through the burner will ignite consistently. The glowbar operates by transforming electrical energy into heat which reaches the ignition temperature and maintains the steam required to initiate the gas. It is placed in the burner section of the oven, such that the flame will always be created at the burner ports.
