The General Electric WB03K10288 Range Knob Assembly left-right control is used to select cooktop heating levels through rotational input. It turns to change the settings of the burners and the valve stem is used to control gas or electrical production. This knob set fits in front of the cooktop panel and directly connects to the valve controls behind the fascia.
