Product Description

The Whirlpool W11550169 Dishwasher Drip Tray is an important, but often neglected, component of your dishwasher. This plastic tray, which sits beneath the dishwasher door, works as a safety net by collecting spills and small leaks that might happen while the appliance is in use. Gaskets that are worn out, loose connections, or overfilling the dishwasher can all cause these leaks. By stopping these spills from getting on your floor and perhaps soaking your kitchen, the drip tray keeps water damage from occurring. Usually constructed of sturdy plastic, it is meant to be removed easily and cleaned conveniently to stop the spread of mold or mildew. It is advised to check your drip tray for damage or cracks and to replace it with a new W11550169 tray if you see any water collecting beneath your dishwasher.
