Installation Steps

Step 1: The Washer is disconnected. Prior to commencing any service on the appliance, it is crucial for the power cord to be disconnected from the electrical outlet.

Step 2: The W11395618 Capacitor is identified. The capacitor is situated at the back of the washer adjacent to the blower motor.

Step 3: Fasteners are taken off from the Capacitor. Several screws and bolts will secure the capacitor in position. Each screw and bolt should be carefully removed until the capacitor is liberated from its enclosure.

Step 4: The Wires are detached from the Capacitor. Each wire attached to the capacitor should be gently removed. Each wire should be labeled with a tag or strip of tape to ensure that where each wire connects can be easily recognized when the new component is installed.

Step 5: The New W11395618 Capacitor is placed. The new capacitor should be positioned in the identical location as the previous one using the same screws and bolts. The wires should be attached to the correct terminals on the capacitor, ensuring that the color of each wire corresponds with the appropriate terminal.

Step 6: The Washer is verified. The washer should be reconnected to the power source and it should be verified that everything operates correctly before use is resumed.

Step 7: Old Parts are disposed of and Clean Up is done. It should ensure that the old capacitor is disposed of in accordance with local laws and regulations. Lastly, the area of any debris that may have accumulated during the replacement process should be tidied up.

Please note that these instructions are served as general guidance and should always be followed in conjunction with the manufacturer's manual, if one is available.
