Installation Steps

Step 1: The refrigerator is disconnected from the power source.

Step 2: The top hinge cover is taken off from the refrigerator door. This cover is secured by one screw.

Step 3: The fasteners that hold the door to the refrigerator frame are unscrewed.

Step 4: The door is carefully lifted away from the refrigerator frame, with the connections of the various wires and hinges to the door being observed.

Step 5: The old cam-door is gently extracted from its position in the door.

Step 6: The new cam-door is inserted into the slot within the door, ensuring it is correctly aligned.

Step 7: The door is reattached to the refrigerator frame, with all wires and hinges being reconnected.

Step 8: The top hinge cover is reinstalled and fastened with the single screw.

Step 9: The refrigerator is reconnected to the power source and the new cam-door is verified as operating properly.
