Installation Steps

Step 1: The oven should be disconnected from the electrical outlet. The control knobs located on the front of the oven should be taken off.

Step 2: The screws situated at the rear of the oven should be released using a socket wrench. A flathead screwdriver should be employed to carefully detach the cover plate over the backburner. The screws securing the wires that link the backburner to the oven should be removed. After loosening, the wires should be disconnected and set aside.

Step 4: The replacement trivet should be positioned over the openings in the oven cavity. The trivet should be fastened with the screws using a Phillips head screwdriver. The wires should be reattached to the backburner, secured with the screws, and the plate should be reinstalled.
