Installation Steps

Step 1: Your oven should be disconnected from the electrical outlet. This is essential to be performed prior to commencing any maintenance on the oven.

Step 4: The wires should be detached from the ignitor. It should ensure that which wire connects to which terminal is remembered for accurate reinstallation after placing the new ignitor.

Step 5: With a Phillips screwdriver, the screws securing the ignitor should be taken out.

Step 6: The old ignitor should be extracted from the oven.

Step 7: Your new ignitor should be positioned into the oven. It should be confirmed that the mounting holes correspond with the mounting screws.

Step 8: The wires should be reconnected to the new ignitor, ensuring the colors align with the respective terminals.

Step 9: The ignitor should be fastened by reattaching the mounting screws.

Step 10: The oven racks and door should be put back.

Step 11: Your oven should be reconnected to the power supply and the functionality of the new ignitor should be verified.
