Installation Steps

Step 1: Power to the dishwasher is disconnected. Either the unit is unplugged from the wall or the circuit breaker is deactivated, depending on what is relevant.

Step 2: The screws found on the upper section of the control panel are taken out. The control panel is carefully leveraged using a flat head screwdriver or a putty knife. After the panel is detached, the wires at the rear of the panel are disconnected.

Step 3: The new control panel equipped with touchpad is attached and the wiring harness is inserted into the back of the panel.

Step 4: The panel is reinserted into its original position and it is fastened using the screws.

Step 5: The appliance is reconnected or the circuit breaker is reactivated.

Step 6: The new panel is verified by choosing a cycle and initiating a wash cycle. It is ensured that all buttons on the panel function correctly.

Be aware that these instructions are served as general guidance and should consistently be used alongside the manufacturer's manual, if it is available.
