The Whirlpool W10371507 Water Inlet Valve regulates the supply of hot and cold water into the washing machine to ensure that it is filled correctly during every cycle. This is an electrically powered valve that opens and closes depending on the signals sent by the control board in the washer and this enables the right amount of water to enter the drum. It is mounted on the back of the washer and gives the correct levels of water to wash and rinse.
