The Greenwald Industries Inc. VERTICAL8 Coin Slide Chute is used to operate the coins that have been inserted through the insertion slot to the coin box or coin mechanism. It is mounted in the payment assembly and fits in the line of coin entry. In case a user drops a coin, it drives down the surface of the chute to the collection or validation area. It works on a transaction-by-transaction basis and supports transferring coins smoothly allowing the payment systems to work correctly.

Installation Steps
Step 1: The machine is disconnected from power. Prior to initiating the replacement procedure, it must be verified that the machine is disconnected from all electrical sources to maintain safety throughout the replacement procedure.
Step 2: The coin slide chute is detached. To take out the existing coin slide chute, the screws found at the rear of the machine must be unscrewed using a Phillips screwdriver. The chute is gently lifted off the machine and placed aside.
Step 3: The new coin slide chute is attached. The new coin slide chute is aligned with the mounting locations in the machine, and the screws that were taken out earlier are secured.
Step 4: The coin slide chute is verified. The machine is reconnected to power, and the coin slide chute is checked by inserting coins into the slot. It must be confirmed that the coins are correctly accepted and fall into the collection tray without any problems.
Step 5: The back panel is reattached. After successfully testing the new coin slide chute, the back panel of the machine is reattached and fastened with the leftover screws.
