Product Description
The Supco WV5459D Washer Water Inlet Valve controls the flow of hot and cold water to the appliance tub by opening and closing solenoid-controlled ports according to the signals sent by the control board. It is mounted at the back of the washer, where the valve part is connected to external water supply lines, which direct water into the detergent dispenser and tub assembly. The valve assembly is connected to the electrical harness and mounting bracket to ensure that it is held in place. It assists in maintaining adequate fill levels and synchronized wash cycle by regulating measured water intake.
