Step 1: Your furnace should be disconnected from the wall outlet or the power supply to the unit should be shut off prior to changing the SRL350 Supco Rollout Limit Switch.
Step 2: The switch should be identified. It will be positioned on the side of the furnace, near the bottom.
Step 3: Any screws or nuts holding the switch in position should be extracted using the Phillips screwdriver.
Step 4: The wiring should be detached from the switch using the needle-nosed pliers.
Step 5: The utility knife should be employed to eliminate any leftover adhesive residue from the previous switch.
Step 6: The new SRL350 Supco Rollout Limit Switch should be fitted by connecting the wiring and fastening it with the screws or nuts.
Step 7: The switch should be verified by triggering it manually.
Step 8: The cover plate should be reattached and power to the system should be restored.
