The Speed Queen 61512 Dryer Fabric Selector 4-Position Switch provides the user an option of four drying options, depending on the type of fabric or the kind of cycle that they desire. It can mainly be used to send the chosen setting to the control system to allow the dryer to use the correct heating and timing profile. The mechanism is made up of a rotary switch having four positions and a rotary switch that has internal contacts converting movement of the knob into electrical impulses. It is mounted on the control panel of the dryer and is fitted by attaching the switch to the control panel and connecting the wiring harness.
