The Smeg 957330515 Cooktop Burner Gas Tap D.0 65 controls the gas flow to the surface burner to regulate the ignition and flame control in the cooking process. It is mounted at the back of the cooktop control panel, where it is connected to an external control knob shaft and internally connected to the gas manifold inlet and burner supply outlet. The valve engine operates gas metering of rotational input of gas into internal passages of a completely calibrated engine that coordinates the low and high flame settings.
