The Smeg 792970175 Dishwasher Drain Pump Gasket 120/60 provides an enclosed interface between the drain pump and the other plumbing interfaces to avoid water leakage when the drain pump is discharging. It has a fitting with machined grooves and dips to the pump housing and drain fittings, and is installed around the pump inlet/outlet ports. The gasket fits the mating surfaces and provides compression in the assembly under assembly torque, and aligns with the pump fasteners and seals. Through a leak-tight interface, it allows to sustain a regular drainage and rinsing cycles during operation.
