Product Description
The Smeg 053410339 Cooker Hood Metal Grease Filter captures grease and airborne residues formed during cooking to ensure the airflow in the ventilation system of the appliance. It is installed in the cooker hood filter compartment and fits within guide rails and locking supports to allow proper positioning and to hold in place when in use. It connects with the airflow channel and extraction fan assembly, and the air flows through it, trapping the grease on the metal mesh structure. This layout facilitates effective filtration and uniform performance of ventilation in normal cooking and exhaust cycle modes.
