Product Description
The Sharp FGLSPA085WRYZ1 Oven Tray Assembly collects drippings and food left over throughout the baking and roasting process. It is placed under meat or casserole food to drain the liquids through its porous bottom and direct them to reservoirs on the sides, allowing air to circulate evenly around the appliance. The sloped edges direct condensation away from the heating elements to prevent flare-ups. The assembly is positioned at the bottom of the rack location in the appliance cavity so that it can fit with rack supports to allow maximum use of the cooktop when performing multi-level cooking tasks.
