The Sharp 9KL12131000079318 Refrigerator Display/ Control Panel Assembly receive temperature input and user interface of the appliance. The touch sensors are used to detect button presses based on capacitive circuits and then send the signal to the main controller to modify the setpoint and mode changes whilst operation occurs. The status readouts are lit up with LED segments, which pulse with compressor cycles. It is built into overlay graphics where it can be placed on the refrigerator door panel, and it enhances capacitive touch and display capabilities.
