Product Description
The Supco SGR9998 Range Flat Igniter sparks the gas burner in a unit by generating the heat required to light the gas supply. It is mounted near the burner assembly where it aligns with the gas flow path and connects to the ignition circuit through electrical leads. The igniter heats to a high temperature when initiating burner ignition and allowing the heating process to begin. It supports burner ignition, maintains proper start-up of the oven heating system, assists activation of the gas combustion process, ensures proper transfer from electrical power to ignition heat and leads to stable operation.
