Product Description
The Scotsman 12-2907-21 Ice Machine Water Valve Kit manages the flow of water into the evaporator to produce ice cycling. The signals enter the inlet, the solenoid is activated, and a metered amount of water enters the manifold, and the generator and check valves prevent any backflow during freeze stages. The pressure drops across different conditions of inlets are regulated by the diaphragm and seat assemblies to ensure that fill portions remain constant. The kit is installed between the water supply line and the evaporator inlet in the bottom compartment and is combined with float and thermostat controls to operate automatically.
