Product Description
The Scotsman 12-1646-01 Ice Machine Water Inlet Valve controls the supply of water into the appliance filler system when it is time to make ice. It is between the water supply connection and the internal plumbing of the machine and opens and closes to permit amounts of water to flow into the evaporator trays. The design it uses that activates its solenoid enables it to deliver water in a consistent manner and contributes to the formation of ice efficiently. This valve is installed with threaded fittings and seals to provide leak-free, accurate operation during regular usage of the ice-making.
